I. General Terms and Conditions
By accessing our website https://gaioprive.de, you indicate your acceptance of our terms and conditions and represent the entire understanding on both sides.
GAIO PRIVÉ reserves the right to suspend, change, add or delete portions of its content at any time. Therefore, please visit this section regularly to review the terms to which you have agreed.
Your access to the newsletter service or some facilities within the website requires you to register with a username and password. We recommend that you do not share this password with anyone. GAIO PRIVÉ will never ask for your account password in email or phone messages.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. § 2 Conclusion of the contract

• As soon as the respective product is placed on our website, we make you a binding offer to conclude a contract via the online shopping cart system under the conditions specified in the item description.
• The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
– the goods intended for purchase are placed in the “shopping cart”. You can use the corresponding button in the navigation bar to call up the “shopping cart” and make changes there at any time.
– After calling up the “Checkout” page and entering your personal data as well as the payment and shipping conditions, the order data will then be displayed as an order overview.
– you will be forwarded to the respective instant payment system, make the appropriate selection or enter your data there. Finally, the order data will be displayed as an order overview after you have been redirected to our online shop.
Before sending the order, you have the option of checking the details in the order overview again, changing them (also using the “back” function of the Internet browser) or canceling the order.
By sending the order via the corresponding button (“order with obligation to pay” or similar designation), you declare your acceptance of the offer in a legally binding manner, whereby the contract is concluded.

The prices listed in the respective offers and the shipping costs represent total prices. They include all price components including all applicable taxes.
The shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. They can be called up via a correspondingly designated button on our website or in the respective offer, are shown separately in the course of the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition, unless free delivery has been promised. (for orders over 60 € within Germany)
If delivery is made to countries outside the European Union, additional costs for which we are not responsible may be incurred, such as customs duties, taxes or money transfer fees (bank transfer or exchange rate fees), which you must bear.

§ 3 Right of retention, retention of title
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Return Policy
The consumer can request the return of the products in the following situations:
(1) The product does not match the specifications on the website.
(2) Products that were incorrectly shipped. (You must report them to us immediately)
The product can only be returned if it is in perfect condition, including the packaging, i.e. shows no signs of use or wear, is unopened or sealed. (Depending on the condition of the returned product, it will be decided whether the refund can be accepted.)

Return Procedure
If you would like to return a product, please email us at: contact@gaioprive.de with the note “return request” and the following information: first name, last name, customer number, invoice number, date of order, the product to be returned, the condition of the product at the time of the request, the reason for the return.
At the time of return, please seal the product(s) in bubble wrap for protection to avoid damage during transit.
